The hotel probably used to be amazing. Nowadays however everything inside is super old and fairly dirty. Carpets outside the rooms are just gross. Shower curtain is slightly modly. Ventilation in the shower doesn't work. The room is super cold, that's why there is no mini bar there, probably. Curtains are quite dirty as well. Tv worked nicely, however the remote is falling apart, and batteries need to be changed. There is dust in some places in the room. The bed itself and the sheets were clean, that was great. We had a big, very warm blanket there (one for double bed! but i think it's typical dutch thing), so temperature in the room was not an issue. Mattress was really soft aka very uncomfortable but hah, thats a hotel style. Reception staff was wonderful, very nice and helpful. This made our stay positive.

The "room" was actually a small apartment so there was lots of space. Leon was a great host. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, very well equiped and peaceful.

The beautiful cozy apartment is located 15 mins walk from the university campus and the nearest bus stop is right by the front door. The city centre is also within a walkable distance. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all necessary facilities equipped. Yvonne, the host, was pleasant and very responsive.

Wow. Probably the best ever B&B that we have ever stayed in. No, I take that back, the Best B&B we have ever stayed in. It far exceeded our expectations.
We stayed a week at B&B Het Gelders Buitenleven. We were very well looked after by Anita and Theo.
Their attention to detail was incredible. Breakfast had everything that you could have asked for. There was a daily breakfast request, which Anita prepared for the following morning. If you had wanted the best Steak and Caviar, I am sure that they would have provided it.
Many choices of rolls, bread, jams, toppings yoghurt coffee, teas, juices and cooked breakfast.
If there was anything that we wanted, we only had to ask.
There was an honesty bar in the form of a fridge with assorted beers, wines and soft drinks.
In our room there was a nespresso type coffee machine and kettle. There was an assortment of teas. It was incredible. TV, wifi, twin shower, plenty of towels and a welcome gift of chocolates.
It was a great place for families, outside pool and jacuzzi.
We would definitely go there again; we had such a wonderful time.

Excellent facility in beautiful location. It's an old Inn that kept up with the times. Rooms and all facilities are comfortable and it maintains an atmosphere that one would expect from a family run place. I stayed in a Garden Room, effectively a modern, I think brand new, mini chalet in the grounds, equipped with fridge, hob, coffee maker etc.
meals are very good and very good value
note of caution, 't Zwaantje is located on the edge of beautiful woods that are perfect for hiking. Evidently, it is quite remote so an own mode of transport, bike or car, is essential.

An incredible warm welcome after a 20km hike. Beautifully located with a lovely garden and the guest area has all the comforts to offer. Highly recommend.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
A quiet location with plenty of parking and clear signage from the main road. Guests are made welcome with helpful staff. The bed was extremely comfortable (memory foam type soft mattress)
The bar/restaurant is lovely. They serve nice beers and good food. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and parking was easy.

The room was large and comfortable, with a small balcony offering a very nice view of the outside. I left the window open with the curtains closed overnight to get some colder air in, but wasn't disturbed by either insects or traffic noise. It seems the hotel is in a very calm area. Parking outside was free. The bar and restaurant staff were very pleasant and fast.
