Very nice cabin, directly next to the water! good temperature due to the wind from the lake. Very Kind owner. There were good restaurants in the area and a cozy vibe. Even though it was a cabin with open window (no glass) we actually only saw a few small insects inside if any! It was clean and nice. Of course you come here for a different experience than a 5-star hotel, and that you get! We can really recommend it!!! It’s very special to stay here😃 Everything was as it should be and we would come again!

We had a great stay with my friend at Ananda Guesthouse! The view was incredible, super easy access from Balgue but also super peaceful and quiet. You feel disconnected when you are there. We also appreciate that they found us a guide to hike the Conception volcano, and they pre-booked our ferry tickets with the car. We will come back !

La Urraca all a was a little cosy home on Ometepe. The design is quirky, using eco materials, and everything was well thought through. We were shocked to have our first warm shower! Breakfast was well priced. The bed was comfy. We loved our stay!

Charmingly decorated property with a lot of greenery. We had a lovely private cabin with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. Lots of friendly animals on site. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great, we knew about the way up and since i own a little old 4x4 ist was no problem at all didn’t even need to put it in the 4x4 to get up. It’s really quiet up there and super relaxing, the climate was (for nicaraguan standards) pretty cold wich was nice too! The food was really good, so we had breakfast and dinner every day during our stay. The staff was super nice and very helpful with every question or request we had. We booked massages and enjoyed them very much. Overall i also really like the concept (that doesn’t get highlighted enough here so you should check their website).

Truly exceptional stay. We booked for five nights and ended up staying thirteen.It was very hard to leave this place. The rooms are of a very high standard and the views from each property have been really considered during construction. This is true eco luxury with nature all around. The free fruit was amazing and always plentiful. Megan is super women organising everything we asked the rest of team are so friendly and accommodating and always smiling. We will miss you all thank you 🙏
