1. Spacious house with a resort-like environment that gives a good feeling when you first enter the property

5. Host was super efficient in quickly fixing the non-working air cond in the 4th bedroom
6. Host was very thoughtful for providing welcome drinks & snacks
7. Overall the house was clean but the toilet bowl near the dining area needed some cleaning & what looked like insect's faeces underneath the curtains should have been removed.
