We love the friendliness of the staff. We were greeted everywhere we went. There was also a welcome drink while we were checked in. The resort took the effort to decorate the room and prepare the fruit platter for us to celebrate our anniversary staycation.
The room was spacious and clean, the bed is so comfortable. The water pressure was really strong too. We love our stays at the Château resort. Its was really a relaxed and peaceful place for staycation. There are ample parking and ramps for wheelchair friendly too with this resort.
We had a decent exeperience this time around. We asked for connecting rooms for our Superior Rooms and got them. Both facing the square and had a bathtub each. Breakfast for 2 for each room. The breakfast spread is okay for us. Bed was comfy. Free parking. Got hairdryer and amenities kit. It's not that cold here.

The scenery is very good, the staff is friendly and easy to reach, they are very helpful, room is clean, easy to access, near to parking lot, just take lift to get to your room and receptionist, no need to walk in far distance
Loving the view of mountains and forest from the balcony. Easy access from basement parking, enjoying Starbucks's hot chocolate by the tower, overlooking misty sky at night was lovely.
Staff were very friendly from the moment we checked in till we checked out. Rooms are big enough, beds were comfortable, supplies in the room were also sufficient. Water heater worked perfectly well. Free parking lots for guests were also available, which is very convenient! Weather was cooling! A good place to get out of city life and relax for a bit.
