There are technical issues for booking.com and lead to a duplicate booking. Hotel reception agreed to waive off the extra booking during my check in. However, the end rejected the cancellation and refused to refund. Called the hotel and no one responded and attend to. They denied agreed on the refund which receptionist did that. Super bad experience.

The staff were warm, friendly and wonderful people. They looked very happy to be working there, it shows in their expressions. The breakfast at the cafe by the lobby was also great, tasty dishes and again great staff. I liked how their philosophy is the homey feeling, we definitely felt like the hotel was just a super big home we were sharing with other guests. The lobby is like a big family room, with a kitchen and cosy dining area. The room was spacious, tidy and clean. The bathroom was cute, you have a swivelling door to close either the toilet or shower cubicle. Other than that, Jibby & co has a beautiful establishment right next to the pool on the first floor. The food was delicious, and there’s a good range of options. Shame we didn’t get to try the pool, maybe next time!

Excellent host.
One of the staff was waiting for us to give us the keys. We were in regular contact with the owner via WhatsApp. Very spacious flat close to the centre yet in a very quiet location. Perfect for families
