Arrive and feel good. The owner is very concerned about the well-being of the guests. Free filtered water is always available and hot drinks can also be prepared in the communal kitchen. Many teas and coffee is available. Even toast jam and eggs we could use. The rooms are very comfortably furnished and leave nothing to be desired. We say thank you for the great time we were able to spend here as a family!

The location was abit far but we expected that so not very surprised. And there was supermarket just right downstairs so it was quite convenient. For someone travelled with car from KL, having parking included was good.
I am a picky person when it comes to choose a place to stay. This time i am extremely picky, because i brought my mother in law. I was nervous because she also a very particular person. But alhamdulillah, no complaint. Facilities are top notch, and chef kiss!! Kids love the bathtub, husband love the netflix, mother in low love the kitchen and master bedroom, and I love the designated parking.

The property owner refunds the furniture deposit very fast after check out (within 24 hours).
We liked the location. It was a bit hard to find our way from car park to apartment and vice versa. Main door handle was broken. Shower was dripping. Air con wasn't cold. Kitchen did not have enough crockery. Oven was not working. Host was good and easy communicative.
Private, convenient and great view. The unit is almost complete , kitchen, furniture, wifi. The building itself has swimming pool n gym for you to sweat.
It has mart, laundry, pharmacy n restaurant downstairs also Lotus at walking distance.
The parking lot was spacious
Everything was good. Clear instructions by the host on how to check in and check out. The unit itself is at great location with great view. Distance from parking was easy and there is convenience store nearby.
The room view is superb and the room is spacious.
Prime location with family mart downstairs and lotus shopping mall just right across the road.
Straits quay is also within walking distance.
