It is Berber's family business. And all people there are amazing. Every time are smiling and helping. During our world trips I do not remeber so natural and friendly behaviour - I could give 12 out of 10 for the staff. The kasbah building is beautiful, roooms have enough space. Breakfast is typical moroccan - different breads / pancakes / fried eggs / jam / honey / tea / coffee.

Nice place to drive to the Dades gorge and valley du roses from there. Easy to find directly on the road between Ouarzazate and Boumalne Dades. Very comfortable room with heating, comfortable bed, hot water, friendly staff who gave us some good info what to visit and see. Delicious food in a nicely heated restaurant. Also the Lodge has a safe parking inside the hotel for motorcycles, cars,...etc. Highly recommended this lovely place to stay.

The breakfast and dinner are excellent, and you can enjoy the views while eating outdoors, or inside next to a wood-burning stove in a cozy dining room in winter. Everyone is very hospitable here, and this is my second stay at this lovely auberge in this beautiful valley. Take the time to walk through the fields and along the nearby river, lined with fig and silver birch trees. You are just 7 km from the town Boumalne Dadès, and ontinuing north up the valley for 3km, you can walk down to the Cascades Dades, a lovely little waterfall. Further up, are the intruiging 'Monkey Finger Cliffs'. Driving 26 km up the valley, past villages and casbahs, you reach the impressive switchbacks that take you up to 2000 m with spectacular views of the Gorge Dadès below.
