Conversations with the host about a wide range of topics, from sustainable goods, eco- lifestyles in near the desert, to tourism options. The large compound is a pleasant garden. The host helped me setting up a bed on the roof to beat the heat ("and sleep like a Moroccan"), think stars over date palm fronds.
The host booked a desert experience including 4x4 trip into the sandy desert at M'Hamid for me, was very convenient.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Super convenient location and for an extremely good price. The view from the terrace is simply amazing!!! There is also a parking spot very close by. Overall, the place is authentic and worth visiting.
