Excellent, well sized apartment. 3 min driving from Rundale Palace. Well equipped kitchen. Ground floor (so no view) but a parking spot right in front of the apartment. Friendly host. You need to call ahead, to make sure the host is there to hand over the key.

The location is excellent. Hosts are very nice and helpful. Its easy to spend a day just exploring the books and paintings around the house. Kitchen , shower, WC all close, warm.

The rooms were simple, but had everything you might need. There isn't any tea-making facilities, but plenty of sockets to charge devices etc. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. I slept very well. The shower and toilet are small but everything worked very well. FOOD was great here. We went to the dining room for an evening meal, because the restaurant we had chosen was booked out. However, the hotel restaurant provided an EXCELLENT range on the menu, and when the food came the portions were large and it was delicious - we ate too much. Breakfast was given in a different room, but had a good range of hot and cold and I ate too much. Car parking is out the front and is very convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is what You expect best in Latvia, house is country style, nice and relaxed. Interior is a natural mix of country home with some modern additions, nice cozy items, books, pictures, even fur of lynx! Good parking lot and pleasant outside space. As we arrived the key of our room was missing (not returned by those who stayed there before), and we get a spacious luxury room for the same price. The personel were really helpful and attentive.

Immaculately clean, all furnishings one could need including a crib and some toys if there are small children, friendly host, own parking spot right outside the door, 3-minute drive to Rundale Palace, small supermarket a few minutes walk away. Excellent!!
Winderful 18 century built cottage with generous hosts. Very sincere ⁰⁹⁰ welcome, plenriful choices for breakfast.Good quality coffee, nice bedding.Warm and cozy in wintertime. Big lounge with fireplace, library & kitchenet. Communal fridge.Stone throw away from Rundale palace&gardens. Free parking. Very polite and helpful staff. It was a true pleasure to stay. Very much recommended at any season but in winter with generous snow, it was a magical experience.
