Our holiday is two weeks. We arrived to Rich resort on 30th of June. Decided to stay for one day but decided to stay for two days. I guess it depends on the purpose of your visit really, for us it suited our purposes of what we wanted to achieve in the area and that was following our Buddhist faith. The hotel was good, the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was a typical Sri Lankan one, we had an evening meal at a reasonable cost and the food was good.

Fantastic host who went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable - including a welcoming cold drink. Great food at a very good price. Very quiet, peaceful location. It's a bit out of town, but perfect for us as we were on bicycles. Really lived our stay and even got to watch the IPL in our hut. Thank you for making our stay so nice.
