The property is little bit away from city centre but it is cool and quiet to relax. Clean with nice outside view. We had breakfast which was tasty delicious and more than enough. Lakindu, the owner was quite helpful and friendly. The mountain view from balcony was exciting as it was facing east side to experience rising sun from green mountains.

EVERYTHING!!! Panoramic view of the mountains from the room, amazing sunrise location! The price-quality ratio is excellent. The service and level of hospitality are great! Hotel is located 1000 meters above sea level and air conditioner not required. The material as a blanket was absolutely amazing: thin, heavy, soft and stretchy. It turned out to be very comfortable to sleep under. There is a small refrigerator on the balcony and a kettle in the room. We used both - it was convenient. It was a pleasure to enjoy both breakfast and dinner served at any time we asked. They prepare a very decent food, including yellow curry with lentils - you'll lick your fingers. There is a swing in the dining area, which also has a view of the mountains. It’s a pity that we spoke to Indika about places around at end of our stay - he recommended amazing sightseeing points, some of them with adventures some better do with him or just avoid of using rental car, just follow his hints. So don't miss opportunity to explorer Ella with him. Also must to do: enjoy every sunrise (they are different every moment), look at sunrise/sunset at temple on the top, do as much as you can with https://ravanaadventurepark.com/, etc. and follow recommendations from Indika! And two extra huge special thanks to Indika: - I got broken tyre quite far from hotel and Indika (not a car rental company!) helped me to solve problem - after checkout we were blocked in the middle of this narrow local road by landslide closed the road. Indika have run down to us and shown the even more narrow shortcut which not available on any map we had. This saved our day again! And finally Indika and his team are unbelievable friendly and happy to help and share emotions. Don't miss opportunity get a new good friend there!

Amazing…When waking up in the morning, the tea plantation mixed with cold mist is very mind-blowing. Everything about Tea Pick View is wonderful!! We really enjoyed our stay there! the breakfast was amazing. For dinner we had Sri Lankan food. if only we could have stayed longer! Our room was beautiful, very comfortable and tastefully decorated with a good sized bathroom... the owners are very kind the service provided toys is also very good
