We had a lovely stay at Goatfell, 2 nights. The food and drinks were wonderful, and the room was comfort plus. The property is very quiet and peaceful. It was lovely to do the walk from the property thru the tea plantations.

I had a very unforgettable stay at the Tea Factory Hotel as the hotel has a great location amidst the tea fields and plantations. The room is great and the view from the window is amazing over the tea fields. The service is really more than excellent, starting with the reception staff and the restaurant staff, especially Mr. Nuwan and the resturant Chef Mr. Shane, who prepared special gluten-free meals. I also enjoyed taking a walk in the fields with Mr. Bush.. I had also a wonderful massage session by Miss Ayu, she is perfect doing very professional massage. I hope to come again to this lovely hotel and meet again with all kind staff.

This is probably the best places I have ever stayed. Great quality WiFi, comfortable bed and lounge. The host was remarkably attentive to all our needs. Breakfast was on a grand scale with so much choice. He went out of his way to see we were always properly informed and helped and when I needed medical assistance he saw to it. Aided with ongoing travel plans etc etc. We were very lucky to.find this place.

This was the best guest house I’ve stayed at in Sri Lanka! If you’re coming to Nuwara Eliya choose Green Villa, you won’t be disappointed! The family here made my stay special, they were so incredibly kind and interesting to talk to. From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed, the dinner I had the first night was so affordable and delicious, as was the breakfast the next day. They were constantly bringing us tea and small Sri Lankan treats too. What I really enjoyed was the family liked hanging out with the guests, they had a birthday while I was there and they shared their cake and celebrations with us. If you want to, you can help in the kitchen and learn to cook some Sri Lankan dishes too! The rooms were simple but very comfortable and clean, the Wi-Fi worked great and the shower was hot. Amazing place!

Exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful hosts. They went above and beyond to help me when my scooter broke down 25 mins drive away, coming to pick me up with a truck for the scooter and were hugely helpful with local arrangements, suggestions and with making sure I could do my online meeting. Delicious breakfast and sweet staff. Highly recommended!

The host of this place is perfect. He is helpful, warm-hearted, but most of all a great talker. We had a nice conversation with him about anything really. The breakfast was good. Our room had a nice view on the mountain and tea fields. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
