We had a good stay at Windy Ridge Kandy. It was a very quiet, green and clean accommodation. Very soft bed linen. We are also vegan and had informed the accommodation of this in advance. We had a very tasty breakfast with rotis, fresh fruit and fresh juice. When we took the train to Ella early the next day, we were given a delicious packed lunch. It wasn't far to the town either. What we also found very nice was that the hosts were also the owners. So there is a lot of love in the property.

The stay was overwhelming! Very nice staff who were happy to give tips for the excursions. Clean hotel and clean rooms. They even cooked "Rice and Curry" in the evening! Really exceptionally good and highly recommended! Taxi for the onward journey was also organised!

From arrival to departure staff were excellent. Massages were good. The pool area beautiful and peaceful with fab views across valley to misty mountains. Area serene, great for downtime escape from hectic schedule.

The room was beautiful and the team that works there is just so nice and helpful. By the way, wonderful breakfast!! The hotel is up in a hill (you need to get there by taxi, driver or tuk tuk, but the views are really worth it!!!!
