My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Arsulana Eco Lodge & Spa during our travels in Sri Lanka, and it was an experience that truly stood out. The accommodations at Arsulana are second to none, with each detail meticulously designed to ensure comfort and cleanliness. What really elevated our experience was the quality of the food and service. Every meal was a delight, featuring a variety of local and international dishes prepared with fresh, local ingredients. The flavors were rich and memorable, making each dining experience a culinary adventure. The staff at Arsulana deserves every bit of praise. They were genuinely the most friendly and attentive team we have encountered in our travels. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel at home from the outset. It's rare to find such a committed team, and their enthusiasm and dedication were apparent in every interaction. Special recognition goes to Ashley, the lodge manager, whose personal touch made our stay exceptionally pleasant. He went out of his way to ensure that all our needs were met, from arranging special activities to offering insightful tips about exploring the local area. His efforts truly made our experience the best it could be. Having stayed in four different hotels while in Sri Lanka, Arsulana Eco Lodge & Spa set a remarkably high standard that other places simply couldn't match. We still find ourselves talking about how it was the highlight of our trip. We wholeheartedly recommend Arsulana Eco Lodge & Spa to anyone looking for a unique and luxurious experience in Sri Lanka.

This hotel is a hidden gem, in colonial style with big rooms and even bigger balconies. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was very clean and well maintained. From the pool there was a spectacular mountain view.

The food was amazing!!! Definitely try the Sri Lankan breakfasts, and the homemade pizzas for dinner! The views were stunning, and surrounded by dense and private jungle. I felt very safe wandering around the property, and the hosts were only a text away if I felt I needed assistance or a tuk tuk. Pavithra and her beautiful family had plenty of recommendations of where to visit next, and offered a really unique perspective into the culture of Sri Lanka. This was my first landing point in Sir Lanka, and I feel very lucky to have stumbled into their beautiful family and space. The treehouse itself was beautiful, rustic, and a total vibe in the rainy weather (picture this - jungle, rain, tree top views, mountains and mist -- a writers dream, and so beautiful!)

We were SO happy to find this place late in the evening after a long day of driving. Little did we know what a true paradise we found until we woke up in the morning and saw the surroundings. Nothing but nature! Birds, monkeys and even deer roam the property! Amazing views on Adams peak and other mountains from the lovely balcony. Clean drinking water, a great breakfast, a clean and comfortable room, the owner and staff are wonderful - couldn't have found a better place. We will 100% be going back there for longer.

Our hostess Laura made us so very welcome, it was more like being invited to share someone’s home. An amazing authentic lunch was conjured up at very short notice in spite of us not having seen Laura’s message asking us if we needed any meals that day. This was followed later by an equally delicious and relaxing dinner. We enjoyed the pool with the beautiful view out to the mountains, and the spaciousness of our surroundings. But best of all was Laura’s hospitality and humour, she made our stay quite magical and we would love to have the opportunity to return.
