We hosted in flat with a room with two beds for one night. The room was spacious with furniture. Bed was confortable. Fun, AC and WiFi worked correctly. Bathroom was in good condictions including towels and soap. Kitchen had all for cooking. Freezer worked right. Everything was clean. Staff was very friendly. They attended and helped us very professional. Hotel is very close to main street, where there are restaurants, shops, supermarkets and banks (for exchange money). Hotel is 2 km to Dickwella bay beach to do snorkel with turtles. I recommend this hotel 100%. Sure, I will repeat.

Walking distance to both beaches and not far off main road for arriving and leaving with backpack. Each bed had a mosquito net and locker. Accommodation was very clean and even arrived to a coconut drink. Excellent value.

Dickwella Beachside Hotel is a lovely little haven right on the beach with only a 10 minute stroll into the town and a 5 minute tuk tuk ride to Hiriketiya Beach and its lovely restaurants 🏖 Family run, the girls are simply beautiful and their friendly smiles will stay with you forever. Nothing is too much trouble 🙏 The rooms with balcony overlooking the beach are large enough, clean and bathroom both spacious and modern. Great hot water for a shower and both aircon and fan worked well 👍 The restaurant and bar serve great food and cold drinks to overlook the surf beach behind. Ample lounges and day beds on the beach 🏝. Only a 5 minute stroll along the beach to all the pop up bars and cafes 🏖.

This place was more than we expected. Fantastic vibe - eco friendly, they use absolutely NO plastic inside the hotel, the atmosphere is family-like, guests can enjoy playing beach volleyball together or find the place to use the computer with a sea view and very fast internet. Hammocks and beach-beds are so comfortable, the food is delicious and they have also vegan options which was especially important for us .
