Amazing host, they do everything to mave you feel at home. Clean rooms, beds are very comfortable. Don't forget to order the chicken noodles, it's delicious! You can enjoy it with the beer you get as a welcome package. No need to arrange tuktuk or taxi, the transportation to the airport is included!

I recently had a wonderful experience at Uga Riva in Negombo. From the start, the staff made us feel so welcome and really looked after us throughout our visit. Their service was attentive but relaxed, which made for a very enjoyable meal.
The food was outstanding – every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. You could tell that fresh ingredients and a lot of care went into each plate. They have a nice mix of traditional Sri Lankan dishes and some international options, so there’s something for everyone, and it all tasted fantastic.
Overall, it was a memorable dining experience with excellent food and top-notch service. Uga Riva is definitely worth a visit if you're in Negombo!

It was perfect. I spent a night there before going to the airport the next day and it was great. The family was so kind and the mattress of the bed very comfortable. The next day they brought me to the airport for a bit extra money. I totally recommend it!

Dinh and the staff here were incredible they made us so comfortable and cooked us the most delicious breakfast with fresh fruit from the garden. They went out of our their way to help us in anyway they could . The property feels like your in the jungle and the room was very clean and the bed very comfortable! I couldn’t recommend this more highly.

This hostel has everything you need for a comfortable nights sleep. My girlfriend was sick the day we arrived but we were taken to the doctor on arrival, given 5000LKR in cash by the hostel to pay for the doctor (we later reimbursed this of course), I was given a beer on arrival that i thought was a lovely touch and they couldn’t do enough for you the whole time I was there. We ate lovely food for breakfast and dinner, even having freshly picked star fruit! I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough, whether it’s to start a trip around Sri Lanka or end it, this place is perfect, I’d definitely go back :)
