The hosts Shahi and Nigel were really warm and friendly and super helpful. Being able to interact with them was a big plus. The dinners we ate at their place were delicious, especially the one made by Nigel's mother which was one of the best meals we had showcasing Sri Lankan cuisine. The house design and architecture is stunning. Also, just wanted to mention that this is a Homestay and its clearly mentioned and that is the charm, so some people trying to compare it to a hotel and expecting food at any time or other such facilities isn't reasonable at all. Overall we loved our time here and would definitely go back if we visited Kandy again.

Very beautiful place, super friendly and helpful hosts, great atmosphere, very cozy and comfortable. 2 beautiful dogs roaming around which is a plus for us, however, dogs can be kept away from guests if anyone is afraid so this shows that the hosts are flexible and accomadating. We booked 3 chalets, one had dirty bed sheets however, they were changed immediately once we asked so that wasn’t an issue for us. The rest had no faults and everything else was just wonderful. Suzy makes delicious Pizzas, breakfasts and dessert. Bathrooms in the chalets are beautiful built around the trees like showering in the nature.

Amazing stay here! It's a family run place, super friendly people. Breakfast is included and it's great, home made. I had lunch too which was sumptuous, like a feast and all very nominal in price. The room is on a slope/hill, so the view from the balcony outside the room is nice with a lot of trees.

Percy and Diloo made me feel like part of the family. The breakfast and dinners were gourmet and the house itself is beautiful. Their hospitality was heartwarming. I hope I will get the chance to return again one day.
