Room service is at top notch. We arrived the room at midnight. Host Ashan gave a warm welcome and took care of our needs when we arrived. Booked a Tuk Tuk for a reasonable amount in the early morning. He even woke up early morning and made sure we had a pleasant stay. Approx 2 kms from airport. Room has enough space and great flow of water. Hot water and wifi is also available. Give Ashan a great bonus if he is a employee of the hotel. If he is the owner, wonderful owner.

Our stay was great. The room was spacious, confortable and very clean. They were refurbishing the hotel after covid so our room was very nice. Breakfast was good too! The 2 persons we had to deal with (I forgot their name, sorry!!) were great, very friendly and professional. They helped us get and negotiate a tuktuk to go to the airport (5-10min drive). The location was great as it is near the airport, we could not hear any noise so it was ok.

Free of charge pick up from airport and drop off to the airport is provided which makes this property more attractive for those staying few hours (in my case 14 hours) to have a late night or early morning flights from Colombo (Air Arabia, Qatar Airways, etc.). 5 mins away from airport by car. Welcome drink (dark beer) was provided. Food is cheap, you can order for lunch or dinner. They will wake up you for dinner & for your flight drop off as well.
