Rooms were very comfortable and big. It was about 15 miles by car to the centre. We had rooms at the same floor as reception so there was no view from the window - only on street - and we heard the noise from the reception, not recommend to be on the same floor.

Our room was impeccably clean and the location was very peaceful. Looking out from the balcony there is a sea of greenery. Vijitha and Thushan spoilt us, cooking great quality food for breakfast and dinner, and even packing food for our long train journey ahead. This was the best food we have had in Sri Lanka! I could not recommend Kandy Casa more highly.

We were so warmly welcomed by Leslie, his wife and son and also had tea and and snacks upon arrival. Our room was great..very spacious, comfortable and clean. The common areas have a fridge for guest use and also lots of space for relaxing and listening to the sounds of nature. Leslie also helped us organise a great tuk tuk driver, Samantha…. as the property is a little outside the main town (which we loved because it’s so peaceful). Breakfast was delicious and so was dinner. The best part of it all was the warmth and hospitality we experienced. Thank you Leslie and family, we had the most wonderful stay!
