We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and everything was beyond our expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to help in any situation. Very beautifully and tastefully done rooms...fireplace in higher end rooms....location a little away fm city centre and difficult to locate property initially...possitive host deapite language barriers ..however a little stiff ...minor confusion in settling the mini bar by the property which was incorrect
