This is a small, gorgeous resort located around 1km from the city centre. When they found out that we were a family of 4, they provided a van to pick us up from the airport even though the free pick-up service was meant to be by tuk tuk. From the time we checked in to the time we left, we were given such VIP treatment. They met our request for 2 adjoining rooms and gave our family a more private and secluded section. They helped us to arrange for Grab services to and fro the hotel to places that we wanted to visit, even when it was super late at night. Please note that they also provide complimentary tuk tuk services to the old market from 6-11pm daily. They knew it was my husband’s birthday and even though I did not request for anything special to be prepared, they decorated our room with flowers and balloons, surprised us with a song accompanied by guitar playing and a plate of fruit and Bill, the manager, invited us to dine at their restaurant, giving us a complimentary 3-course meal per person. When we left, they gifted us with traditional Cambodian scarves to bring luck and happiness. They also arranged for a complimentary transfer to the airport which was not included in the package. The staff were always smiling and asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay more comfortable. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Bill, Lilly and the rest of the team for taking such wonderful care of us and making our stay at Eightfold Urban Resort such a special and memorable one!

Incredible staff - thank you all, especially Binn for making it an outstanding (but too short) trip to Siem Reap. Amazing room, luxurious pool and everything was just perfect. Nothing was too much trouble and we were so well looked after. Thanks for arranging extras like a Khmer cooking class, guides and drivers. I can’t overstate how lovely it was to have a fresh cool towel and cold water during the heat and humidity. It meant we could explore and experience everything in comfort. We will return!

The room was amazing, it’s very spacious, clean, always cold. I love how everywhere you turn there’s always plants which makes the environment very fresh. Don’t get me started on the staffs, they’re all such sweet and kind human beings. I, a minor, went on this trip alone and yet felt so safe cause the staffs took care of me very well during my lovely stay!

The beds are European soft quality. That’s the only thing you need to know to book. You will sleep like a baby. The cappuccino here is silky smooth. The staff is fantastic and attentive. Compared to other similar properties they do most things here really well without western management. It’s in the small details like a fan next to you outside when having dinner, mosquito repellent you don’t have to ask for, cold water being topped up constantly. Riri and the rest of the staff are so kind. 10/10. They have their own friendly driver to take you to the center so no worries about the distance.
