The soundproofing was amazing! We faced the street during the full moon Water Festival and when we closed the door it was surprisingly quiet! Pool is lovely. Breakfast doesn’t vary but it was good. The staff, especially those at the front desk and the breakfast waitstaff were wonderful. Our dinners were the least liked thing at this hotel. Our burgers were undercooked even after sending it back, no reparations made even though it wasn’t finished. My leftovers were discarded unintentionally and a discount was given upon my request. So a reparation and not in the same meal. Overall a great location and good stay.

The pool is amazing, surrounded by trees although the hotel is in the middle of the city. Our last morning there even featured a pair of hornbills (birds usually seen at a temple in town). Staff was incredibly helpful. Breakfast is included and very good. Dinner at the restaurant was also delicious. You're within walking distance of the Royal Palace and the National Museum, also to Davids Noodle, where noodles are made by hand as you watch.

Great place to stay. Panha and the staff are extremely kind and friendly. The coffee and food are delicious, and I even got to try some homemade wine. The gym is also great and just a few minutes walk. It’s not in a typical tourist area, but if you are ok with staying in a local area then this is a great choice. It’s also extremely easy to get a tuk tuk or taxi anywhere using grab. I also got a ride to the airport for free. Great experience all around. You won’t regret staying here.

Very nice hotel in calm area, nice rooms. Amazing rooftop pool with stunning view. Free tuktuk service to malls and shops closeby (can’t go to center, too far). Its not the cheapest hotel but its worth it.
