Extremely friendly hosts, who will try everything they can to help you and make the arrival, stay and departure (even dropped us at the nearly train station!) as best as possible. Beautiful place on a mountain overlooking mount Fuji. Rooms are stylish and comfortable and have everything you need. Taking a bath while listening to the cicadas and birds from the window was pure joy. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. I recommend reserving a dinner and breakfast, they were both delicious!!
