The hotel staff is highly polite, helpful and lovely. The hotel itself is brand new and well designed. The hotel restaurant was delicious. And last but not least: the hotel room. Absolutely stunning, well thought and designed. So spacious, clean, private and aesthetic. We had the room with the private onsen and we will definitely coming back!!! Really a hidden gem we will keep in our hearts.
