I only stayed overnight, so I didn't have the chance to use any of the facilities the establishment offered. However, the bed was comfortable, the check-in process was smooth, and the shower was hot. The bathroom was also clean. Based on my experience, I would definitely stay here again.

Even with its drawbacks, I found the Richmond a comfortable stay. Great location across the street from the train station. Tons and tons of restaurants nearby. Room was adequate and nothing more. First floor restaurant is very nice. I had breakfast only one time, and it was a wonderful assortment of offerings.

We wanted to stay near Shiretoko national Park and this was a really good choice
It was a surprisingly large hotel and was well appointed
We got a twin room and it was very large, probably the largest hotel room we had our whole trip
Bathroom was good sized as well
The onsen was nice with several baths available. Best part for me was they were OK with tattooed people using the onsen so I was able to enjoy this
The restaurant was also quite.good with a nice selection of food and drinks

We had a good sized room with comfortable twin beds, easy access to the loo and shower room. There was a large dining room and lounge, where we spent a good while playing board games.
Everything was clean and the owners were very friendly.
We stayed here en route back to Sapporo and it made a great stopover. Excellent value for money.

The breakfast and dinner buffets had a wide range of varieties of delicious food and staff at the restaurants were very friendly. We stayed for 3 days and they introduced a new dish for dinner on each day. The open-air onsen was wonderful. For the daily use of onsen and 2 meals a day, I think it’s value for money.

The hotel is located at the centre of the city, most of the popular restaurants are within walking distance. The breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices. The restaurant is at the top floor, so it is a breakfast with a view. The onsen is also not to be missed, just follow the instructions.
