Mr Masa was there waiting for our arrived. He explain to us the neighbor and handle us the keys. Day 1 our car was struck in the snow near the entrance of his apartment. We texted him and he came within 10mins to help us tow the car our of the snow. He was very helpful and friendly and my family are very happy staying. Most of the places that we went was 8-15mins drive from the apartment. Quiet and clean place too.
