The onsen was amazing such a great experience. The room was huge and it was our first experience in a Japanese style hotel and it was great. The staff were really nice but it was difficult because we only spoke a very small amount of Japanese. if you eat fish, the traditional Japanese dinner was amazing!

The staff is extremely friendly and pleasant. The onsen/hot baths are very nice. The lobby area is nice and modern too. Location is pretty good if you need to fly out of Komatsu airport.

The staff were lovely, the hotel try and do everything they can for you. Everyone was so kind, especially night staff. We just wanted somewhere to stay so we could explore Komatsu and it was perfect for that. Even if we didn't have a hire car, Komatsu station is at the end of the street.
The futons in the family room were more comfortable than the western beds we have stayed in.
