Very good communication with the host. The house is located close to a train station, so the city can be reached easily. Supermarkets, konbini and and a couple of restaurants can be found in close proximity, coin laundrys are also close by. The house is spacious, clean and has AC. And allows for relaxed evenings. There is also a fridge and a freezer plus some cooking utensils (microwave, rice cooker, small oven, pan)

Plenty of parking space. Room is big, and has a rather large bath too (although I didn't use it). Feels quite modern. Staff was polite and helpful (I got some candy after my stay, which I thought was a nice gesture)

Supportive and friendly staff, allow to checkin early. Boss is very enthusiatic ,especially Mr Yamamoto and service staff lady who instruct us in detailed bus and train routes to airport. Breakfast provided and interesting Lunch Dinner Menu. He took us to nearest subway station freely on early morning to catch up with airport express train . Highly recommended this hotel.
