The location is right at the beach. Could not be better for the view and fresh ocean air. We could make full use of the beach because the hotel offers snorkeling equipment, paddle boats, etc to use for free. The evening drinks and snacks by reception were a nice touch. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery within walking distance. The beds were large and comfortable. Everything was clean, including the balcony tubs.
The staff were very nice and so helpful! The ladies were very patient with my language barrier and really appeared to care that we enjoyed the stay.

The apartment is superb. Modern, top quality design. It has a projector for home cinema. It's spacious with a nice balcony.
There's a nice small swimming pool with palm trees to provide shade.
Finally, it has a nice and fairly authentic Thai restaurant and they offer room service to the apartment free of charge

Travelling with a family of 5, the huge room and 2 bathrooms/toilets was a lovely surprise! The main bathroom was sectioned off, and contained: bathtub and shower, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer. Another toilet was in a little room by itself, and there was a separate shower room, perfect for large groups of travelers! The living room was large and comfortable, we had 2 large double beds and 2 single beds in the room, and the view from the large L shaped balcony was great!
Encountered no issues with parking, there are 2 rooms per floor of this condo complex, and I believe they allow 1 parking space per room.
Checking-in was a breeze, the reception was unmanned and since we done the online pre-check-in all we needed to do was scan our passports on the tablet at reception.
