This hotel was fantastic. The staff were lovely. It was clean and comfortable. A little more roomy than most of the hotels we stayed at. The free drinks corner was a bonus and the view was exceptional. Guests are offered a free trip to and from the island which was super handy.

The resort was really nice and staff very helpful. We booked deluxe suite for 2 nights and I would happily come back again any time I'm around. Some staff could speak English well, and everyone was very accommodating about our limited Japanese. The free yukata use was a nice touch, as was the availability of free drinks and ice lollies. We also used the hotel shuttle to the train station, and the hotel boat to Miyajima. The views of Miyajima from the hotel were great, though if you're staying on the mountain view side of the hotel you may see more car park than mountain. We were given fresh towels every day, including when we had the "do not disturb" sign up.
Short walk to the ferry. Amazing sea view, worth paying extra for it. Used laundry facillites, very good. Free parking convenient. Smoking areas on most floors. Breakfast incredible for dish lovers. Really incredible bento boxes plus buffet.
