location is perfect . We are pampered by all service provided by ryokan. Staff only speaks japanese but they provided notice and card in English to explain the rules in the ryokan. Half board kaiseki dinner and breakfast is delicious. Room is spacious with view of Yufuin mountain. They have both public and 4-5 private outdoor and indoor onsen. We have no problem to reserve the private onsen . Duration is limited for 50 minutes but it is more than enough.
We really enjoy the stay here at this beautiful Ryokan.

Great ryokan with very good onsens. Rooms are comfortable, dinner and breakfast tasty and interesting. And of course the village in total is geat.
There are 5 onsens that has been changing from ladies to gents once a day, and 2 private onsens. It was so good to relax there.
