Location good, easy access to main sights of Amman and food spots. Staff helpful with recommendations, insights into Jordan, and advice on itineraries and recommendations we had not even heard of (but were great) as well as opportunities to book tours, and taxis. They have a good guide they will send you on local food recommendations (not tourist only spots), things to do beyond what a google search will tell you, and info about Amman generally.
We visited Jerash, Umm Quais, and Ajloun one day then Wadi Mujib, the Dead Sea and Mount Nebo another day, and also went to Wadi Musa via the Kings Road which was really interesting passing desert castles which is not something we would have known about previously.
We had a great driver called Saber who we booked through the hotel, who took us to many great spots with good recommendations and we would very much recommend him. He got little snacks and coffee for us and also recommended extra spots to visit. He is Palestinian and very friendly so you even get to learn more about the countries around Jordan. Saber also knew good food spots that were affordable and delicious that were great!
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
