Phil and Marcia are generous with their time. They offered to give us rides into town. Their generosity is incredible. You can really tell they are proud of their country and the city where they live. They checked on us often making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was perfect for our trip. The air conditioning in the bedroom worked well. We even had to turn it down in the middle of the night. There was plenty of storage space. Next time we are in Ocho will will gladly stay in 12A at the Shaw Park Gem with Phil and Marcia.

everything about the property was magnificent. The simplistic decor, spacious and comfortable beds. Lovely pool within the community to use and amazing owner. We arrived early and we’re aloud to drop our bags off while housekeeping finished cleaning which was a bonus as we were travelling from far. -Nice location: close to downtown and to the beach (not on front, but 10 minute of walk) but still very quiet and safe -the pool was great : clean and hot -good price (discount for low season is really worth it.) -the balcony is so cute -AC and fan -the staff is amazing
