The staff did a great job in making guests feel welcome. The view, breakfast and the room were just what I wanted but never expected. I suppose I had no idea what I wanted until I got it, and it was perfect. Great staff! Monique, TJ, TK.... the chef. I think Holiday Inn Montego Bay needs to go sit in class, take notes and learn from this hotel. I have found a vacation spot; I am going back, and I am recommending it.

I love the barefoot experience into the dining area - there's a powerful connection to nature. The host was fantastic and welcoming. The staff were pleasant and very welcoming, too .
