The apartment has been renovated to an excellent standard- high quality finishes throughout. Possibly the biggest bedroom we've ever stayed in. Air conditioning in the main bedroom and the lounge. Great to have 2 bathrooms. Easy to park on the long private drive. Two lovely seating areas outside. Also an immaculate garden- I was able to use a pepper, aubergine and tomatoes from the vegetable area in our cooking. Communication with our host was excellent both before and during our stay. Poggiardo was an excellent base from which to explore the area. Also many restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

A very comfortable apartment and finished to a very high standard. The perfect combination of traditional stone and vaulted ceilings but with all the modern touches and conveniences too. The bed was also super comfortable! Alberto gave some great recommendations about the local area and was really helpful throughout our stay. Poggiardo is well-located to explore the towns and beaches of the Salento region
