Unique experience. Room and facilities were maintained to a very high standard, with surprisingly excellent WiFi!
Breakfast was superb, great variety of traditional food served in a lovely restaurant terrace. Staff at breakfast were very attentive.

You spend a night in historical town which after earthquakes is a bit ghostly (at least out of season). Streets paved with stones, poorly illuminated. This Accommodation was not very easy to localise. But the stay was perfect with sumptuos breakfast in "great hall". No problem with parking but you need to carry luggage as wheels would not work on uneven surface.
The neighbourhood is impressive and within few kms one can visit several attractions.
The host is very kind and helpful despite difficulties in communication in English.
Morning coffee was excellent.

The residence is located in a strategic position for visiting the Gran Sasso National Park. Santo Stefano di Sessanio, one of the best-preserved medieval towns, is just a 5-minute walk away, while the highly regarded tourist attraction of the Castle of Rocca Calascio is easily reachable via a trail.
The residence is housed in a 17th-century building, which is a plus. The staff is extremely kind and accommodated all our requests. The restaurant is excellent, the best we tried in the the region.

Rita's apartment is very cozy, clean and comfortable. There is everything you need to prepare simple dishes. You can adjust the room temperature. The beds are comfortable. It is possible to park the car near the house. There are several good restaurants in the village. Rita is a very pleasant and caring hostess. We felt at home in her apartment. I recommend this accommodation with all my heart.
Lovely view and a fantastic building. Very spacious and well equipped. Short walk to the fabulous village and parking just across the road. Suited my husband who went on some great runs in the hills.
The property is a renovated farm. We had a living room/ kitchen and good bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and warm, the breakfast nice with home made yoghurt and cakes. The bedroom was in the loft with rather steep stairs. This was fine for us but could be a problem for less agile people, especially if they need to get down to the bathroom at night. The welcome was friendly, parking on site great. Santo Stefano di Sessanio a great little place to enjoy is right next door.
The apartment was very nice. The views are spectacular, we loved having parking, it's pretty close to the historic center. Once we figured out the heat, it made the apartment very comfortable.
Located in the very heart of Santo Stefano and very close to free public parking. You are steps away from everything, because one actually has to walk everywhere. The rooms are cute and Mirella, you host, will delight you with a sweet or salty mostly home made treats at breakfast. One of the best breakfast we ever had in Italian B&Bs. She is also very available and a sweet natured person.
I liked everything. Interior design was nice, the view was beautiful. Kitchen well equipped, easily accessible from the parking area, and the staff was very friendly.
Location is very good for those who go to mountains. Campo imperatore is not far away by car. The heating worked very well, as well as shower (if you use top shower, it is badly designed and water splashes all over the place; use the one with the hand, then it is perfect) and hot water. Beds were very comfortable. Parking was easy (in May). Lady who is taking care of/managing the place is very nice and helpful. If I am back, I will take another room, not the one under the roof (photos were misleading).
The place is very cozy, in the middle of the historical city. The room is big and comfortable, equipped with a small kitchen and a fireplace. The breakfast was very rich and there is parking nearby.
