The room was very clean and comfortable. Giuseppe was helpful and friendly and a great host. The location was perfect, the palace is just up the road and it is a short walk from the train station. The street the building is on is lively with several nice restaurants and cafés but in the room itself it is very quiet. Staying in Caserta worked really well for my trip as it is well connected by train to Naples and the town had a calm, laid-back feel to it.

Very comfortable room, close to, and with a view of the palace. Clean, modern and as per pictures, always a bonus to have a lift. We arrived early and our host met us very quickly. Breakfast at a Cafe close by, we didn't use this as we had an early train, but did use the tea and coffee facilities in the room. We would recommend Caserta and the Royal Gardens B and B.
