My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming B&B! The location was ideal, providing a perfect blend of peacefulness while being just a five-minute walk from the beach. I loved the fact that the B&B's location was very favorable for us, since it was close to the beach, but also close to all the important shops in Pescara. The room was spacious and extremely clean, since the cleanliness was maintained on a daily basis. Also, the breakfast was incredible and I loved that the ingredients used for the food prepared were of the highest quality. Another important aspect of the B&B are the hosts. Angelo and Francesca were the nicest and the sweetest hosts there and we felt so respected by them.

The location was very close to the train station and nearby supermarket, so even if one doesn't have breakfast included one can go and buy food in the store. It took 20-25 mins to get to the beach, and they also had a good pizza place 2 mins away from the room. The staff was very kind and was ready to help. The rooms are cleaned every day in the mornings except Sundays and holidays.

Lorenzo and his family were extremely kind and helpful. The room is large and comfortable. The location is not far from the city center and you have free parking place in the street which is also safe.
Spacious apartment with efficient air conditioning and a 60-inch TV in the living room. It looks to be newly renovated and has no signs of usage. Windows have mosquito nets which are important as in the garden mosquitos were annoying. 300m away is big supermarket. The owner was very nice. It is safe neighbourhood. You can always find some free parking places on the nearest streets. The owner provided us with umbrella for the beach. Friendly cat in the garden was constantly asking for food :-) .
Very modern and tastefully decorated room with a very big balcony where we could enjoy our outdoor spa. We also had access to a sauna and pool in the garden. On site secure parking and close walk to the beach.
Location of the apartment is fantastic - very central to shopping ,restaurants and bars and a short walk to the beach. The location does however mean parking is a little bit of a walk (about 5 min) and it's not possible to drop baggage off at the entrance in your car. But the walk isn't too far (very flat) and it was fine to walk bags to the apartment from the car park.
Loved the little extras like a clothes steamer and complimentary 'mini bar' and Alexa!

We liked our spacious room and comfortable bed and appreciated the black out blind. It was very quiet round the side of the hotel so slept well. A safe was provided for valuables and a fridge. Loved and used the complimentary bicycles!
Breakfast was great apart from the coffee, disappointingly it was powdered from a machine.

We booked Double Room with Lateral Sea View but we got it Double Room with Balcony and Sea View. The description of the room is true but the rooms are not as new as in the pictures. Across the road there are beaches, to the city center is 10 minutes walk. Free parking is possible next to the hotel (only on white marked parking lots). WiFi is good speed. Breakfast is varied.
