We stayed at this hotel for the first time and have nothing but good things to say. Clean large rooms, the bathroom was also very clean, free large car park, super friendly people, all the best. We cannot add much to the previous and very positive reviews of Podere Demetra. Everything was perfect and we very much enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent (close to the highway and outlet yet super quiet during the night), the room was spacious, tasteful and very well maintained, breakfast was a treat, and the owner was very friendly and made great suggestions regarding restaurants etc. in the region. Definitively a gem!

Beautiful little B&B, very clean, and bed was super comfortable!! Toni was a wonderful host, replied to any queries we had quickly during our stay, and was very friendly and welcoming when meeting. Breakfast was substantial and yummy. Overall a wonderful weekend!

Beautiful room with an amazing view, absolutely spotless everywhere, light and airy and everything thought of. The owner is not on site overnight but they leave breakfast so you can help yourself - and it was perfect, along with a generous gift of chocolates and Gavi wine. We were travelling with our dog and it was perfect for her too, space to walk her safely on the lead .
