I would like to start by saying that we travelled all the summer, and during this time we visited 4 countries of Southern Europe and changed 12 locations. So we have something to campare with )) And I must say that this b’n’b was one of the best ! We stayed here for 8 days. - First of all, the rooms are brand new, very comfortable and modern, with powerful air conditioning. We really lacked AC in many other places in Europe considering that incredible heat. - Rooms are spotless clean ! - Great location if you travel by car. - Great breakfast !! - The view is a separate poem, it is just magnificent and unforgettable. - The special advantage is that the owners have their own boat rental, Vespas and tuk-tuk rental just downstairs. I highly recommend you to use this facility, you will get an unforgettable experience and see the lake in all its glory. - And the most important about this place is its hosts. They are very kind and helpful people who do everything possible for your comfortable stay. I have never seen such customer focus in Europe before. Chiara and Michele always tried to solve any issues and helped in any situation. They are very interesting interlocutors and we are very glad to get to know them. Thank you so much for our unforgettable stay ! Hope to return again !

Perfect apartment in a perfect location. All the facilities were brand new and designed beautifully and the view from all the windows was stunning, with a small running river directly under the apartment. Coffee shops, a bakery and a deli are within a two minute walk which was very comfortable for breakfast. The host was very friendly, helpful and flexible. Bottom line, this was the best apartment we stayed in during our trip to Italy and would definitely return. Highly recommend.
