We really loved the apartment and the fact that we could cook up a meal, relax on the balcony or walk into the village. It was quiet and relaxing. There were a number of walking trails from the apartment. It was quite cool and rainy for the time we were there but the apartment was warm and cosy. The room itself was the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Waking up with the light of the sunrise on the lake is priceless. Another strength of this hotel is how kind everyone was - it really made us feel important! If you have time, make time to dine at the restaurant Oro Nero (I believe they're partners but different owners): totally worth the extra dime. Tip: go during daylight not to miss out on the amazing view. It was the best first wedding anniversary for us and we hope we'll get to come back every year!

We booked a room with a view and what a view it was! The mountains and the lake were a living pictures that we the could see from the room's windows. Sonia, the owner, greeted us with a kind smile and showed us to our room that was clean and fresh. Bathroom was perfectly cleaned and sanitized as well. A couple of words about breakfast: other than the regular continental breakfast Sonia brough us an abundant tray of freshly baked pies plus a selection of local cured meat, malga cheeses and a taste of smoked salmon trout to die for. No doubts we will be back at Elison on lake pretty soon.
