Very nice accommodation with a great, well-kept garden with wonderful plants and trees. The house with the apartments has an ideal location, you are within a few steps directly at the lake. The hostess gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment is very clean & nicely furnished. Everything was great, we would love to come back!

Really spacious and comfortable room with private balcony plus large shared lounge area with complimentary tea and coffee.
Free secure parking a short walk away.
Not suitable however for anyone with limited mobility as located on a steep cobbled hill and lots of steps within the property.

Very good breakfast - very peaceful place - beautiful gardens and really nice terrace for eating and relaxing. It was also a nice option to use the free bikes. Good location - short walk to the lake and restaurants. More like staying in a country house than a hotel - very relaxed and easy atmosphere. Will be even better if they can build a swimming pool which they plan to do.

Very friendly owner, warm welcome. You can easily park the car. It’s a beautiful villa with an even more beautiful garden. The breakfast is great!
The location is ~30 minutes walking distance to Lago Maggiore, but there is a nice walking path or you can take the car.
