This was one of the best holiday apartments I have stayed at ever. The property was incredible. We stayed as one of the first guests in summer of 2021. The owners are the kindest people and are always here to help as they live close by. They even brought us homemade pastries in the morning and they have an olive oil farm. The interior design of the house is exceptional and also all facilities are provided, more than one could expect! also the apartments are accessible wheelchair users And everything was perfectly clean. There is a huge living room/dining area which invites the outdoor nature inside through it’s beautiful glass wall. Also the property had a Jacuzzi overlooking the Umbrian Valley and the town of Assisi. I can recommend it wholeheartedly.

Location was great and the owner was always there when we needed anything. The breakfasts were perfect and the scenery was beautiful. I would recommend Poggio La Grognola to anyone that wanted a B&B in that region.

Absolutely the best place where we stayed during our road trip in Italy! Facilities were perfect, better than expected and described. All buildings makes a lovely area in truly italy style what makes you feel like on real italy countryside estate. Rooms have private entrance and are located in couple separate buldings what give you a lot of privacy. We stayed in wee cottage where have been only 2 apartments. Pool is great and view on Umbria is amazing. Staff is very helpful and make you feel welcomed and atmospher is great. Food on breakfast and dinner were amazing and defenitily worth of price even could say they are underpriced. First we booked only one night as we planned to move to another place however we have been so impressed with this place and people so we decided to change plans and stayed for one more night. We only regret that we went there on the end of our stay in Italy so we couldn't stay longer. But for sure we will be back there one day!

We were accommodated in a clean, bright and new apartment on ground floor which was nice and simply furnished. Bed was very comfortable for us. We adored the courtyard with lovely view on Cannara which could be used for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Also, owner is very talkative and gave us precious information how to get around, what to see and explained a bit of local history.
