It is significantly more than a hotel, it is a very large resort, with a completely private beach, a very large swimming pool next to the beach (warning: that swimming pool is not heated, so it was quite cold in May), a Spa complex with a very nice and long indoor (heated) swimming pool, and several also very nice and large spa baths outside (these ones with warm water). The Spa reservation system ensures there are only a few guests at any time, no large crowd, and children aren't authorized in the Spa complex unless the weather is bad. The restaurants were excellent, I particularly recommend to have lunch next to the large outdoor pool, but the other two restaurants and the breakfast are excellent. Very nice room, loved the large private terrace. Everything was top notch. We had a small issue with our shower (rain shower stuck), and it was fixed very promptly. All the staff was super nice. We didn't play golf, but you can use one of the freely available bikes to cycle around the golf course, which is very nice (it is a private complex, so no external car).

Oh wow!-what a beautiful place of this earth!! So very lovely owner so helpful with everything and the apartment is the best and beauties place to stay after a long day travel. The apartment is very clean, and everything is very carefully and lovingly prepared for the guests . Very well organized. I loved the area very much, what a beautiful nature :-) (There were two of us and we wanted 2 separate rooms to sleep in, no problem in this apartment, is it so big so very comfortable ). It is a beautiful small house in nature, in an olive grove, in complete peace. The entrance to the house is protected by a fence and a gate. We like peace and comfort. Everything exceeded our expectations. The house (interior) is bigger than it looks in the photos. The household equipment including the kitchen, was perfect, nothing was missing for a content use. Sometimes we would sit on the terrace at sunset and listen to the chirping of birds. Often we watched the kittens playing, enjoying the peace and quiet, just relaxing. There are bugnets in the windows. We did sightseeing tours from here without a problem. There are beaches around Sciacci. Filippo is a kind, attentive, caring host who is always willing to help and advise. You can have breakfast in the pizzeria in Burgio. We have been traveling like this for many years and have experienced many accommodations in different countries, but this accommodation ranks among the best we have experienced. Casa vacanze L'ulivo Burgio we would definitely recommend to people who don't want to be disturbed by the sounds of the city and who want to get peace and comfort.
