The views of the lake Orta is absolutely stunning. The apartment is well furnished, and exceptionally clean. During the week it was very quite, but in the weekend more people are in the other apartments, and there is a bit more noise, but all very acceptable. The small ‘garden’ and terrace are also very comfortable. The swimming pool is heated and was exceptionally located with stunning views. There are private sunbeds at the pool. Private parking onsite is very pleasant, and although the super markets and stores are not far in terms of driving time, you do need a car to get to the location and the stores.

The apartment is incredibly large: it feels so spacious thanks to the high ceilings and has a large living room, a balcony with nice mountain views and a really comfortable bed. It was really clean, came fully equipped with drinks in the fridge, some food and even candy, with cooking utensils and anything you would need for a longer stay. There’s a parking lot right opposite the building so that’s perfect too. The hosts Julie and Alexis are so super friendly and kind, they were one of the friendliest hosts in all my travels in recent years and they have a great recommendation book for sights and restaurants as well. I extended my stay here because I liked it so much and I was tempted to stay even longer if I didn’t need to road-trip further. Definitely recommended!
