The accommodation was exceptional. It is a bit isolated, at 1-2 km from the ring road, with nothing but nature around, making it very quiet. The room is like a small chalet, with a large window next to the bed. As it snowed in the night we stayed, the view from the bed was really nice.
The owner was very considerate and we had a smooth communication. Also, he left us a souvenir for good luck, which we really appreciated.
In the fridge we had some snack for breakfast or for the road.
In a nutshell, we loved this nice, warm and welcoming place.

Nice position, easy access with a large parking. Not far from the ringroad, good for a stop during the tour of Iceland. Hot tubes with a view on the valley! Large and well-furnished kitchen.
