Perfect location for our first night in Iceland easy drive from airport and got to see the northern lights too which was a great start to our trip! Great kitchen facilities that we took advantage off! Didn’t use the lovely out door seating area but it was so nicely laid out! Superb hosts

I can't recommend this cabin enough. It's in a great location, 20 minutes away from selfoss which has a selection of restaurants and shops. Petrol station is down the road about 10 minutes away. It's nice and secluded so you get peace and quiet and more chance to see the northern lights, which we were lucky enough to do.
The cabin itself is immaculate, the owners have thought of everything. Even down to providing shampoo, conditioner and cooking supplies. It's warm and cozy, and the beds are very comfy. Loved the edition of the swing, perfect place to curl up with a book and look out over the view.
This guest house is set on a family-owned, working farm with animals. Central Selfoss in southern Iceland is 7 km away. WiFi, sauna and outdoor hot tub access are free.

Breakfast was very good. Did not use the spa. One room had a washing machine which was very welcomed. The heated towel racks were great for drying. Dinner hospitality was enjoyed as well.
