The apartment is in a good location, but with the heavy luggages is not easy to access the room, we arrived late in the night, without the help of the restaurant people, we have not found the entry, the restaurant people are very nice.
However, I could not fell asleep as the window directly facing my bed has some shit stain on it, looks so awful, I have never experienced this before, together with the bad smell in the air ( on the second day I heard it was the smell of surful) but you don't know what is happened to this house, stain and smell! Causing negative imagination, I couldn't fell asleep till next morning, the neighbour snore loud, was also a big disturb for my kids, furthermore, the neighbour starts to leave a 6am., all kinds of noise in this old house, you can hear everything, then my headache starts, it was the last overnight for me in Iceland, then the headache extends days after, it was a nightmare to stay here...waisted my valuable time if you can not sleep well.

Room was decent - it had a kitchen that we didn't use - and a balcony that faced the parking. It has a sauna and a hot tub but we didn't use either since it was pouring down rain.
It was really excellent. Great location for breaking a journey when going North or South.
The room was spacious, with a great bathroom, closet space and facilities to do self catering.
Conditions permitting you can see the Aurora from your room.
Food was excellent.
