Lovely room with balcony which we loved! Also is a very lovely building on the outside (colourful). The owner of the property was really helpful and hospitable- willing to help with suggestions of places to eat and go etc.

Welcoming owner and the cleanliest place I have stayed in.. we had a wonderful stay and a peaceful one.
The multiple dining options include the all-day diner, Vivo, a traditional Goan restaurant, Spice Studio, day lounge and bar by the infinity pool, The Edge and the evening cocktail bar, Courtyard Bar....
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Property was good, expansive. Beautifully maintained gardens, good swimming pools for both adults and kids, had ample car parking, great hospitality, good food in the restaurant. There's a human size chess board in the garden. Private access to beach. Room facilities were satisfying.
Owner was very helpful. They helped with the keys on time and did not interfere much after that. It is located in an off beat locality, which is serene but easy to locate. Plenty of parking space for two cars. Lawn is very beautiful. The apartment has all of the accessories including utensils, microwaves, washing machine and two refrigerators. Very much could have stayed here long term. WiFi was also working all over the apartment. Perfect stay. Will visit again.
