Cannot recommend Vismaya enough! The food was the best we ate in India, everything was so fresh and there were beautiful flowers everywhere. Loved spotting chameleons and fireflies with Vinod!

This place is amazing. Its a little own oasis within beutiful small houses and a pool that is just stunning. The staff are soooo friendly and advice you in the right direction with the chioces for daytrips and backwater sightseeing. Honestly, the personalle seem to have very fun at thier jobs which also reflects in thier service. Also the bathroom in the hut without seaview is amazing. Loved it all!

The beautiful and extremely friendly family. They would do everything they can to make us happy!
The house is nice and the location is pretty, quiet but convenient to local shops.
They served us home cooked food which was very tasty.
Also the family arranged our airport transfer, backwaters boat trip, toddy shop evening and other local trips including Kochi.
They are our friends now.

Great hosts always there to help but respectful of our space too, great food and 5 minutes walk to a local bar. Very beautiful relaxing location right on the lakeside and very chilled. So much better than the photographs portray. Also put on a 4 hour boat trip for us on request which was excellent with incredible wildlife.
